Two pathways: study individual subjects for certificates, or complete the full mentored diploma with an end-of-year project.

Certificates & Diplomas

The Global Muslim Scholar Training offers self-accredited certificates and the Muqaddima GMST diploma in the field of Islamic History, Islamic Historiography, Islamic Economics and Banking, Linguistics, Sociology, Political Science, Erotology, and The Spread of Islam in the World. Both programs are delivered simultaneously within each calendar year (April 2027 – January 2028) — choose the depth that fits you.

Pathway one

Certificate Program

  • Study any of the 10 certificate courses — one subject or several
  • Earn a certificate for each subject you complete
  • No end-of-year project required

Diploma Program

  • Study all ten subjects, plus Arabic or Turkish
  • Take part in the end-of-year project presentations
  • Option of a personal mentor to guide and advise your project
